Hoboken Floor charges a $40 bank/admin fee on any returned checks.

Do you offer any warranties?
All warranties are supplied by the manufacturer of the products we sell. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the warranty terms and requirements for the flooring products they purchase. If a product is defective, do not install it. Installed material signifies acceptance of the product.
Why does my floor not look exactly like the sample?
Hardwood flooring is a natural product and may change color over time. It can also have natural variation in tone, grain, and shading. These differences are normal and are part of the character of real wood flooring.
Returns & Refunds
What items are non-returnable?
Non-stocking material, clearance or liquidation items, and special-order material are non-returnable. Adhesives, finishes, and stains are also non-returnable.
s there a restocking fee for returns?
Yes. A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all items accepted for return.
Can I return what I purchased?
Returns require prior authorization and will only be accepted on stocking material within 30 days of purchase, with proof of purchase, and only if the item is in its original condition and packaging as received.
