• Processing Time: All in-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
• Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your shipping destination.
• Delivery Area: We currently ship only within the continental United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international locations at this time.

Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our return guidelines below:

• Return Eligibility: Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time.
• Refund Options: Eligible returns will be issued as either a refund to your original payment method or store credit, based on your preference.
• Non-Returnable Items: Adhesives, finishes, and stains.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account on hobokenfloor.4ib.me.
2. Navigate to the order containing the item you wish to return.
3. Click the “Request RMA” button next to the product.
4. Fill out the required return information and submit your request.

Once submitted, your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) will be reviewed, typically within 1 to 3 business days. If approved, you will receive an email with your RMA number and detailed return instructions. If your request is not approved, we will notify you via email with the reason for the denial.
